For me, I used to have a very unhealthy and sedentary lifestyle. It was only when I got a health scare that I decided to put things right - one at a time. 

I started with my diet like starting on intermittent fasting and cutting down on carbs. 

Took me quite a few months to get the rhythm right before I moved on to exercises such as getting at least 6,000 steps a day and resistance training. 

On most days now, I can easily clock about 10,000 steps before afternoon. 

All those small changes are making a big deal to my annual health checkup and you can bet that I will keep making small improvements daily towards a better self. What about you?
