For me, when I find that I am too lazy or too tired or lack the time to go through the whole exercise routine, I just bundle up my resistance bands and do a chest press, shoulder pull and squat with at least a 3 seconds hold.
I am amazed by the muscle growth and definition especially for my arms after 1 month. Try it for yourself.
